About
Sound is not
decoration.
It is architecture.
Musicalism exists because hospitality deserves better sound. We approach music the way the best designers approach light and material, with intention, discipline, and a deep understanding of how it shapes human experience.

Studio philosophy
Music in a hospitality space shapes how guests perceive quality, comfort, and identity.
The best hotels and restaurants obsess over every sensory layer , materials, scent, lighting, temperature. Sound deserves the same rigour. When it is absent or generic, guests feel it even if they cannot name it.
We don’t think in terms of playlists. We think in terms of emotional arcs, the way a room should feel at noon versus midnight, and every charged moment in between.

Why hospitality
Because every detail matters.
The best hotels, restaurants, and bars obsess over every sensory touchpoint, materials, scent, lighting, temperature. Sound should receive the same attention.
We chose hospitality because it's where music has the most profound impact on guest experience, and where it's most often neglected. Musicalism fills that gap with the same rigour great brands apply to design, lighting, and service.
Our principles
What guides every decision.
Taste over algorithm
Every track is chosen by a human ear. We never delegate curation to automation, because atmosphere is a craft, not a formula.
Context before selection
We study the venue, the guests, the service rhythm, and the brand before we ever open a playlist. Sound without context is just noise.
Consistency by design
Great hospitality never depends on who is working that shift. We build systems so the atmosphere is always right, regardless of variables.
Refinement as a relationship
Curation is not a delivery. We stay engaged over time, evolving the sound as the venue evolves.
The founders
Founder-led curation, studio-level standards
Musicalism is built on complementary expertise — curatorial taste meets technical precision, ensuring every venue sounds intentional and every system runs flawlessly.

Founder & Curator
Ivan Minuti
Over a decade curating for premium hospitality venues across the Middle East and Europe. Ivan treats music as emotional architecture — shaping how guests feel, move, and remember a space. He personally directs every project's sonic identity.

Co-Founder
Andrew Williams
Andrew brings a systems-thinking approach to sonic delivery — ensuring consistency, technical reliability, and seamless operations across every venue. His engineering perspective makes Musicalism's curation scalable without losing precision.
Studio standards
What we hold ourselves to
Taste
Every selection reflects a sharp curatorial point of view, never generic, never random.
Consistency
Atmosphere should never depend on who's working that day. We build systems that deliver reliably.
Hospitality Understanding
We think in terms of guest experience, dayparts, and service flow, not just genres and BPM.
Long-Term Refinement
Curation is a relationship, not a delivery. We stay close and keep the atmosphere evolving.
“We don’t curate music. We craft the invisible layer of a guest’s memory.”
